How much water should I drink daily ???
Glass of water
One should drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. That may came up to 3 liters. It doesn't mean that you should carry your bottle filled with water all around. The food you take may contain water. So you need to drink only rest of that.
How will you determine, how much water should you have to drink more?
Best way to determine is to check your urine. If its clear in color you have taken enough water, else you need more.
