We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think.

DON'T EAT FRUIT AFTER MEALS! 

FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. 

It will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities. 

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. 

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.... 

Eat fruit on an empty stomach or before meals! People complain, "Every time I eat watermelon I burp; when I eat apples, my stomach bloats up; when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc ” This will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. Fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas, hence you will bloat! 

Grey hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under eyes will NOT happen by taking fruit on an empty stomach. 

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. Master the correct way of eating fruits, and you will have beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight. 

Drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. Cooking destroys all the vitamins. 

Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look! 

KIWI: A good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange. 

APPLE: Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke. 

STRAWBERRY: .. have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.

ORANGE : Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessening the risk of colon cancer. 

WATERMELON: Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. A key source of lycopene the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium. 

GUAVA & PAPAYA:  for their high vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; good for your eyes.

Sex is a safe and convenient exercise which can be done even by hart patients. It is said that about 200 calories of energy is being burnt during an intercourse.  It is clinically proven that if we make set at least one time in a week will reduce the chance for getting heart decease by 30%, stroke by 50% and chance of getting diabetics by 40%. That's not all, the researches conducted in Pennsylvania University states that it will increase immunity almost double.

Today we are going a little more ahead.

Yoga Mudra:

After the pranayama, tie your hands back and breath in deeply. Release breath slowly and try to touch your nose on the mat. Again take in breath and sit straight. Release the breath again touching the nose on the mat. If you feel difficulty in touching your nose on the mat, don't worry, you can achieve this by practice in less than 10 days. Repeat this 6 times

After this, take a breath and try touching your left knee slowly releasing your breath. Again sit straight by taking in breath and try touching your right knee by releasing the breath. Do the same with your left knee. Repeat this step 6 times.

Lack of sleep can slow you down

If you sleep only for five to six hours, it is bound to affect your work negatively. Experts recommend eight hours of sleep for ideal health and productivity.

Researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH), a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School, have found that regardless of how tired you think you are, lack of sleep can influence the way you do certain tasks.

"Our team decided to look at how sleep might affect complex visual search tasks because they are common in safety-sensitive activities such as air-traffic control, baggage screening and monitoring power plants," Jeanne F. Duffy at BWH was quoted as saying in the The Journal of Vision.

"These types of jobs involve processes that require repeated, quick memory encoding and retrieval of visual information, in combination with decision making about the information," added Duffy.

Researchers collected and analyzed data from visual search tasks from a group of participants over one month's study. In the first week, all participants were scheduled to sleep 10-12 hours per night to make sure they were well rested.

For the following three weeks, the participants were scheduled to sleep the equivalent of 5.6 hours per night and also had their sleep times scheduled on a 28-hour cycle, mirroring chronic jet lag.

The research team gave the participants computer tests that involved visual search tasks and recorded how quickly the participants could find important information, and also how accurate they were.

The longer the participants were awake, the more slowly they identified the important information in the test, the team observed.

Additionally, during the biological night time, 12 a.m. to 6 a.m., participants (who were unaware of the time throughout the study) performed the tasks more slowly than they did during the daytime.

Asthma is a serious disease affecting respiratory system. This disease can be controlled by doing some yoga and by implementing some control in diets. It is advisable to do respiratory exercise for 15 minutes a day to reduce this disease. Practice the yoga steps given below, which is for controlling the respiratory system, thereby reducing asthma.

When to do Yoga
Yoga can be done during 5 to 6 in the morning or during 5:30 to 7 in the evening. Don’t try doing it if you are ill or its your mensuration period. You can continue doing it one you are well.

This is very important yoga step to enhance your lungs. Get a mat ready and sit on it facing sun. Cross your legs each other. Catch hold on your knees and sit straight pointing the chest a little forward. Now, breath slowly without applying any pressure. Concentrate your mind only on this. You can do 30 – 40 breath cycles in one stretch. (3 – 4 minutes)


Pranayama:
Stay in the position as it is and using your right hand’s index finger, cover your right nasal hole and using your ring finger, cover your left nasal hole. Move your right finger and breath in through the right hole and cover it again with your finger and release the breath through the left nose. Repeat the same from the left nose. Do this exercise for one minute.

After than, breath in using your right nasal hole and release it from the same hole and repeat it with left hole. Do the same exercise  for 1 minute.

Breast feeding your baby - Facts


Some people think that milk produced in the mother is fixed in quantity and if the child are twins the amount produced will be the same and hence each child will get only limited milk compared to others with one child.

Do you think what mentioned is correct??

If you agree, you are wrong.

There is no direct relation between the amount of milk produced and number of kids. The more you feed your baby, the more milk will be produced. As simple as that.
